EMDR Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that enables people to intentionally reprocess trauma in order to create a more adaptive view of themselves, and the experience. EMDR can be great for reprocessing a traumatic event, specific fear or phobia or reprogramming a negative belief about yourself. If EMDR is a fit for you, we will create an individual treatment plan that targets what memories we want to reprocess. EMDR sessions are structured and involve more detailed protocols and procedures. Sessions are virtual using a HIPAA compliant video platform. Sessions are 60 minutes in length.
Couples therapy sessions can be used to process specific issues or to provide a neutral space to gain deeper understanding, connection and intimacy in a relationship. Sessions are in person (in Denver area) or virtual using a HIPAA compliant video platform. Sessions are either 45 minutes in length or 60 minutes in length and occur weekly or bi-weekly as needed. Longer sessions are available as needed.
I offer clinical supervision to therapists in training at the Master’s level (LPCC, MHC-LP). Sessions are bi-weekly or weekly depending on specific time and consultations needed. Please reach out to me for rates on this service.
