I believe healing happens most effectively when we view the individual as a whole—mind, body, and nervous system. While insight and understanding are important, lasting change often requires working beyond the cognitive level. Through my training in holistic psychotherapy, I have seen how emotional experiences, stress, and trauma are not only stored in the mind, but also held within the body and nervous system. These imprints often influence how we think, feel, and relate to others—sometimes without conscious awareness.
In therapy, we gently explore these patterns to better understand why certain behaviors, emotional reactions, or relational dynamics keep repeating, and how to create meaningful change.
